Just to say that Adrian Davies (who was barrister to David Irving!) is still trying to challenge the decision. A seek to appeal against the decision has been refused in writing, but he is having one more go in March when he can appeal in person.
Rest assured he will not be successful.
Finally, can we all agree that a complete and absolute boycott of the solicitors Osmand and Osmand is vital. This firm of solicitors provide free legal advice to the BNP and no one should touch them with a barge pole.
